Dr Rachh’s belief in the transformative power of education drives her work. “Education empowers people and transforms lives,” she asserts, and this conviction has shaped her illustrious career spanning over 35 years. During this time, she has positively impacted the lives of approximately 25,000 students and 1,500 educators. While the traditional schooling system supports children’s overall development, Dr. Rachh recognized the need for additional support in a rapidly evolving social and technological environment. This recognition led to the creation of HFS, a platform designed to inspire today’s youth to continuously strive for self-improvement. HFS provides the necessary guidance and tools to help students remain competitive and excel in their endeavors
